Roles and Responsibilities
- Proceeds claim/complaint from oversea customers (Region 1,2,3,4,5) in order to ensure that the customers get proper justification.
- Investigates the initiation of quality problem and distribute to the relevant department manager to justify the problem.
- Handles and coordinates with concerned department for returned product from oversea customer.
- Arranges the quality improvement plan with relevant production area and verify the action plan.
- Follow up the customer satisfaction in each region through export customer satisfaction survey in term quality improvement & after sale service both copy paper (Double-A & A-copy) and uncoated paper (A-print & Hi-WC) completely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry,Physics,Printing and Packaging Technology and other related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Strong English proficiency
