Assistant To Top Management (Design)

Key tasks include

  • Responsible for coordination with in-house teams and/or outsource Designer Teams to develop Design work of the products under Double A Brand.
  • Coordinating and Working in conjunction with Real Estate Projects Team, Architects, Designers regards all the Design works.
  • Coordinate with all Brand and Design consultants to ensure consistency and compliance with Company Brand direction.
  • Coordinate activities both within the organization and outside.
  • Participate and be representative of Top Management in the concerned meetings or activities.
  • Act as a sounding board and communicator for Top Management in the assigned business or functions.
  • Prepare information and propose suggestions/recommendations of concerned issues for the Top Management, vice versa, communicate messages from the Top Management.
  • Summarize monthly and quarterly reports for the assigned business/functions.
  • Arrange the meeting, follow up, and monitor action plans.
  • Manage and Organize the President's personal and professional work.
  • Perform all duties assigned with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Communicate and collaborate with coworkers to ensure all assignments are smooth and perfectly completed.
  • Anticipate President and VIP quests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
  • Presentable in front of VIP.
  • Remain well-groomed at all times.
  • Manage and organize the owner's personal and professional work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and limited time.
  • Assist in special projects and others as assigned.
  • Flexible working hours.

  • Experience 0-2 years as a Architects, Interior Design, Drawing. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, and other related fields.
  • Strong communication and Excellent co-ordination skills.
  • Fluent in both speaking and writing in Thai and English.
  • Strong English proficiency, TOEIC 800+ preferred.
  • Willing to relocate or travel for a business trip.
  • Willing to work in flexible working hours.
