- Understand Business direction and objective /Oversee and supervise team to achieve Business, Marketing and Brand objectives for Thailand and international markets
- Lead team to develop Brand / Product communication campaign (online/ offline/ on air/ on ground) to drive increased Brand Awareness and Purchase intention and support Marketing and Sales objectives
- Lead team to develop content and communication materials (Point of sales materials, catalogue, Signage, premium) by working internal designer team as well as the appointed advertising agency
- Lead international marketing team, from marketing initiatives/campaign and communications, to ensure alignment and optimum impact on target market with good representation of Double A brand characters.
- Manage, control to maximize domestic and international Branding investment budget
- Work closely with team member, promote strong teamwork within unit, cross-functional teamwork to drive business growth, and process efficiency
- Energetic experienced Talent with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Economics or relevant field.
- More than 5 years experiences in Fast Consumer Goods, Retailing, Food and Beverage or multinational company would be a plus
- 3+ years as successful leader, leading marketing professionals and support teams – in multi-cultural environment.
- Experience in conducting the research and use of insight for develop communication message
- More than 3 years experiences in developing online campaign to drive awareness, engagement and conversion
- Fluent and sharp in communications in both English and Thai.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as leaders.
- Computer literacy, especially good and advance knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Creative and Positive thinking with Can-Do attitude.
