Double A Welcomed Sasin and Net Impact Bangkok Professional Chapter
Bangkok, Thailand, 28 March 2014 - Double A Paper recently opened its door to a group of MBA students from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University and the Bangkok Professional Chapter members and guests of Net Impact, one of the largest global networks of business professionals and students.
The visit aimed at showcasing Double A paper’s sustainable production model featuring its award-winning Paper from KHAN-NA initiative, world-class water management system and modern production facilities.
The visitors also had the chance to interview one of the farmers who grows Double A Paper trees along the borders of his rice paddies.
Double A delivered a hands-on experience to Net Impact delegates on its sustainable business initiative - Paper from KHAN-NA. A unique and sustainable agro-forestry project, paper from KHA-NA supplies Double A with short-fiber raw materials in making high quality paper. This initiative has been recognized by international award-giving bodies for its contribution in alleviating poverty among Thai farmers.
