Point Claim
Point claim can be done via Double A Point Collection website by attaching purchase proof or sending fax documents to Double A Point Collection CS center
- Purchase proof : receipt or tax invoice
- Point can be claimed within three months from purchase date written in documents
Redemption
Log in Double A Point Collection website and choose gift vouchers, then confirmation e-mail will be sent and vouchers will be delivered in 3~4 weeks. If point lacks for redemption, play a game to win random vouchers and points.
