  • Acquire and analyze consumer & market insight including relevant market data and make the recommendation to support Corporate Strategy Planning.
  • Provide lead to media, research and marketing communication teams to acquire and develop consumers/ customers/market insight and the campaign evaluation for learning and improvement
  • Assist in business unit internal operational excellence (Cost/operation efficiency/other efficiencies) and benchmarking (Operation / capacity management to maintain market balance and profitability)
  • Track and analyze short term & long term global industry & market dynamics to identify possible impact and opportunities to business
  • Plan on the projected growth of the industry and information about competitors – strengths, weaknesses and strategies. Identify the best marketing opportunities for Double A to pursue.
  • Prepare annual business plan that includes the opportunities Double A intends to pursue and the marketing strategies to implement.  
  • Identify emerging opportunities by continually gathering information about changes in the business environment, including changes in customer needs.  
  • Set of processes to identify and define marketing opportunities and problems; generate, refine, and evaluate marketing actions; monitor marketing performance; and improve understanding of marketing as a process. 


  • Bachelor of Economics, Marketing, Statistic, data engineering.
  • Minimum 5  years experience with strong marketing intelligence and research.
  • Corporate / media planning experience preferred 
  • Positive “ Can do” attitude
  • Good English proficiency speaking and writing
  • Proficient in Excel , Words and PowerPoint
  • Advance excel is an advantage
