  • 1. Screening Application

    The candidates will visit the pulp mill, paper mill and power plant. The seminar will be held in form of workshop in which the candidates will present their case and exchange opinion with other candidates in the group as well as summarize the group resolutions. Each positions will have at least three candidates.
     

    2. JP Test

    For the out door activities, the candidates will have a chance to show their resourcefulness to solve the problem and learn from other candidates at the same time.
    Test Procedure
      1. Listen to the instruction
      2. Read the questions booklet
      3. Choose the best answer and fill in the answer sheet
       
      Calculating the Test Result 
      The test result will be calculated by computer programme and the result will be announced one day after the test. 

     

    3. Getting to Know You More Seminar

    The result will be announced within two weeks after the seminar
      1. To select the candidates who have the knowledge, capability and can effectively adapt to organization'a culture
      2. To allow candidates to know oneself, job, organization's culture and coworker/management team prior to commence working
      3. To allow candidates to exchange knowledge, capability and opinion about the task with other candidates
       
    Seminar Procedure

    4. TOEIC Test

    To examine the fundamental English skill by the cooperation between Double A Network and the TOEIC Center, Thailand. The candidates will take a TOEIC test at the TOEIC center, the cost of the TOEIC test will be absorbed by the company.
     

    5. Approval Process

    After passed the test, the recruitment team will seek approval to hire from the company's chairman.

     

    6. Contract Signing

    After the approval process, the related Human Resource Department will inform the candidate to prepare the related document regarding the employment contract. The candidates will sign the contract within one week after passed the physical examination.

     

    7. Start Working

    The candidates will start working on the date that stated in the employment contract.
