    2. Attitude Test

    As for testing the attitude and basic management skill, Managerial Readiness Test (MRT) designed by expert psychologist and tested by reputable university. There are 125 questions in the test.

      - Comprehen case study in each part

    - Choose the best answer and fill in the answer sheet
    Calculating the Test Result
      The test result will be calculated by computer programme and the result will be announced one day after the test.

     

    3. Interview

    After passed the test, the recruitment team will arrange an interview for the candidates in order to consider the suitability in both the position and business group.

    Date and Time: every Thursday 13.00-17.00
    The interview committee consists of the top management and the directors
    The result will be sent to the candidates within 3-5 days after the interview date.

     
     

    4. Visit Site & Paper Presentation

    The candidates who pass the interview will be invited to visit our site to see working environment, colleques, to discuss on the job responsibility.
       
    Paper Presentation Process
      1. Once the candidate has pass through all the processes above, recruitment will submit a case study assignment and worksheet for that job position to the candidate. The candidate will have time about 1 week to complete the assignment.
    2. Once the candidates have finish the assisgnment, they will be invited to join the Paper Presentation to the company's committee. The paper presentation will take about 1 hour.
    3. After the Paper Presentation, there will be a discussion session to share idea or get suggestion from the interview committee.
    4. The result will send to successful candidates within 1 week after the Paper Presenation date.
       
     

    5. Negotiate

    Recruitment staff negotiates salary and allowance with successful candidates.

     

    6. Approve

    The recruitment team will seek approval from the Top Management.

     

    7. Sign Contract

    After the approval process, the related Human Resource Department will inform the candidate to prepare the related document regarding the employment contract. The candidates will sign the contract within one week after passed the physical examination.

     

    8. Start Working

    The successful candidate will start working on the date that stated in employment contract agreed by both sides.
